On October 24 and 25, 2024, the introductory meeting of the EMBRACE project took place in Athens, in which TPEB CR is an active member of the consortium and one of the solvers. The EMBRACE project is a three-year project within the Horizon Europe initiative and its implementation began on October 1, 2024. The project deals with security incidents in which biotoxins play a role, so it is another of the projects focusing on the area of CBRN in which TPEB CR participates. The main coordinator of the project is Telesto Technologies, which organized the entire event. On behalf of the TPEB CR team, the meeting was attended by Mgr. Eliška Špeldová. During the first day, there was a general presentation of the project's goals and also a presentation of all partners, where we had the opportunity to present the activities and goals of TPEB CR. The second day was devoted to partial tasks of the project, especially standardization activities, in which TPEB CR will significantly participate as the leader and coordinator of one of these tasks.
